The Green-Paws of Tiddles!

Tiddles and I have been catching up with our gardening tasks, as we watched 'Gardeners World' on telly, and it inspired us! We have also been doing a bit for a friend - and got rewarded with money! Something nice will be on the supper menu tonight, yum yum! (Tiddles wants chips from the chip shop.) I see one of those bunnies has appeared, but it doesn't look unfriendly, thank goodness!

Helpful Puss

I couldn't resist putting this photo up of Baby Bacon 'helping' me with my Nurse Tiddles illustration! As usual, I am squeezed closer and close to the edge of desk until I fall off! Bac has also sat on the keyboard, and now my volume doesn't work! Ho hum, who needs volume anyway? It's overrated is volume.....

Illustration Friday Nurse Tiddles!

I've had to send Tiddles out to do some agency nursing (he's gotta earn a buck!) but he doesn't look too sure about treating these Bongpigs! Mind you, I don't blame him - they look contagious! Run, Tiddles, run!

And They All Lived Happily Ever After....

Ah, so that's what was wrong with them! They were jealous of Tiddles' bunny jumper, and wanted their own 'Tiddles' jumpers! Well, it seems to have shut them up ( oh, except for that little one on the end...) Let's hope that's the last of it - all this discord in Fluffville!

Eek! Stepford Bunnies!

Yikes! They're multiplying!

A little sailing boat

I had a go at making some little boats out of driftwood to sell at the boot fair, along with Tiddles' cakes. The sail is hand-stitched, with a bunny motif. They have taken kind of ages, though, so I'm not really sure if they'd work at the boot fair, as people want to buy things for pennies, really. Hmm, oh well, maybe I'll just keep them and pop them around the house!

Illustration Friday: Parade

Fluffville is holding its annual Medieval Parade, and Tiddles and his friends have dressed up for the occasion. Thanks goodness those creepy bunnies aren't there....
Uh oh! It's them!

Memories, like the corners of my mind......

Can it be that it was all so simple then, or has time re-written every line.
If we had the chance to do it all again, tell me, would we? Could we?

Cross-looking Bunnies!

Ooh, these Bunnies look seriously grumpy! I think it has something to do with Tiddles' jumper, but I'm not sure. Poor Tiddles is frightened of them! I am really hoping the weather will be OK for our Cake Shop venture on Sunday - it seems to be raining all the time here in South West Scotland, and I'm worried I'll cook millions of cakes and then be left with them all! I mean, if that happens, I'll have to eat them, and then I'll become lardacious, which is not a good look.... (Tiddles and I are a bit vain, it has to be said!) Well, let's hope for sunny sunshine and a cake-buying public with money to, er, spend on cakes!

Bunny Picture Frame

I bought loads of these plain wooden frames at our local hardware shop, and I'm now busy painting them with bunny designs ready to sell at the boot fair on Sunday. ( I'm going along to help Tiddles with his cake shop, and thought I might as well take some stuff of my own!) I think a little bunny print would look sweet in each one for a child's' bedroom.

Come and have a look at the garden!

I thought I'd show you a few pics of the garden, as the camera has come back! It's not a brilliant camera, as it's quite old now, and only three mega-pixels, (whatever they are!) but I hope you get the idea. Also there is this one of Bob looking just beautiful, stretched out relaxing! What a molly-coddled old puss! I have to say, I am just a bit in love with my shed, and can often be found in there, fiddling with 'things'. I went to the dump yesterday, (Public Amenity Recycling Centre) and came back with more the stuff than I went with with! Guess what was there? A boat! I really wanted it, but it was sooo heavy, and too big to fit in the back of the car; Tiddles and I really want a little boat, dang!

Tiddles, Business Tiger of the Year!

You gotta hand it to Tiddles! He is always thinking of ways to earn us a bit of money, and OK, so far none of them have worked - but - this time he has surpassed himself with the most brilliant idea! He has been busy making biscuits and cakes, and he is going to sell them at the local Boot Fair on his very own home-baking stall! He has designed a little logo and everything, and I feel this will surely bring us loads of lovely wonga!

Freddie and the Fairy character drawings

I am entering this competition http://www.waterstones.com/waterstonesweb/navigate.do?pPageID=1789 and have been working on some character sketches - this is the fairy and the little boy, Freddie. I know every hyper-talented art student in the country will be having a go, but it's worth a try, isn't it? if you win, you get a proper contract with Macmillan and £6000! Wowzers!
